- A $50 credit card deposit is required at the time of scheduling to hold your appointment. You may cancel your appointment 24 hrs in advance without penalty. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, The Purple Flower, Inc. will retain your $50 deposit as a late cancellation fee.

All parking spaces in are reserved. Please park in the guest parking spot in the lot at the front
entrance to the building. The guest spot is immediately right of the
handicapped spot (marked by a sign on the wall of the 1060 Building). The
guest parking spot can be identified by the yellow square painted on
the pavement (see picture below). If this spot is taken, please park on the street. There
is free two-hour street parking on both sides of Bannock.
