Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled treatment time, The Purple Flower, LLC will charge a cancellation fee to your credit card on file with our salon. Our cancellation fee is $50. If you reschedule and complete your treatment within one week of your original appointment, we will credit this fee towards the cost of your treatment.
If you do not show up for your scheduled treatment time and have not called the salon to make other arrangements, The Purple Flower, LLC will charge a no-show fee to your credit card on file with our salon. Our no-show fee is the greater of $50 or 50% of the regular price of your scheduled services. If you reschedule and complete your treatment within one week of your original appointment, we will credit this fee towards the cost of your treatment.
